AINP, Canada Visa, Alberta Immigrant Nominee Nrogram - Global Tree

The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program allows employers based in Alberta, to support their employees in applying for Canadian permanent residence.

In order to be eligible for the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program, the applicants must satisfy the following minimum requirements

• Applicants to the PNP in Alberta must intend to live and work in Alberta permanently;
• Applicants must have related training, work experience, and any necessary licensing to perform the job in Alberta;
• Applicants to the Alberta Immigrant Nominee programs must show valid work permit for working in Alberta;
• Applicants must also show proof of legal status if living abroad; and,
• Applicants to the PNP in Alberta must meet additional requirements if they are Early Childhood Educators or Childcare Staff.
