· Age should not be below 18.
· To get a permanent residence status, the applicants should be in temporary residence permit status for a minimum of 8 years and 4 years for some cases.
· There should not be any criminal history in the police records on the name of the applicant.
· There should not be any unpaid debts or loans/ overdue debts in any city like Copenhagen – The Capital City of Denmark. If the overdue loan is cleared after the Denmark PR application, the applicant needs to submit the documents as proof of loan clearance.
