1.      Fully completed application form with proper attestation

2.  Passport or Travel Documents are mandatory. Passport should have at least 3 months more than the intended stay in Italy and less than 10 years more validity. And passport should have at least 2 blank pages. 

3.      All Educational Certificates

4.      Declaration of value certificate for all the educational certificates. 

5.   Acceptance letter from the university applied for with duration of course mentioned in. 

6.    Proof for the sufficient funds required for the education and living like bank statement or bank loan.

7.      Proof of scholarships from the Italian University

8.      Adequate proof for boarding pass and travel documents along with lodging details. 

9.  Medical insurance details. It is not mandatory to have medical insurance if your university is providing you the medical insurance. 

10.  Original Admission letter with passport stapled to it. University declaration needs to be stamped duly by the embassy.
