A solicitous decision by Telangana Government to prioritize the students going abroad in the Special COVID-19 vaccination drive. This is proposed recently at a cabinet meeting on May 31st and is going to be implemented from June 5th.

Covid has altered many lives from the past one and a half years. It interrupted the careers and even gave an end to some. With the accessibility of treatment and vaccinations everywhere, the world has clicked the restart button. Hoping the things to normalize and improve their financial conditions, many countries have opened their borders welcoming the International students and immigrants who have planned to study abroad and work over there. Bearing in mind all the preventive measures, countries like Canada, the USA, New Zealand, are promising a good number of visa approvals this year.

Considering all these, the Telangana government has decided to provide a priority vaccination for the students going abroad for higher studies. And this proposal will be implemented in the Institute of Preventive Medicine (IPM), Narayanaguda, Hyderabad from June 5th. These special vaccines are given to the study abroad aspirants on priority based on their admission letters and the date of admission.

How to get vaccinated?

Here are the steps to register yourself for the Covid Vaccine.

1.       Click on the link above

2.       Fill in your details

3.       Submit your Aadhar card proof

4.       Select the category you belong to

5.       Submit the required documents

6.       Select the date and location

7.       Submit

After the successful registration, you will receive a Covin ID and your slot details will be received on mobile. The vaccination slots will be open from June 5th.
