What is Human Capital Priorities Stream?

Human Capital Priorities Stream is the one that gives the immigrants with skilled work experience and educational opportunities. To be eligible for this stream, one must have a valid profile in Immigration refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Along with that, it needs the below requirements as well. The eligible candidates will receive an NOI (Notification of Interest) from Ontario.

What is the eligibility criterion for Human Capital Priorities Stream for Ontario Express Entry?

1.  CRS score should be at least or above 400 during both the Ontario application process and the Federal application for the PR process. Verify the score using Human Capital Priorities Stream for Ontario score calculator.

2.  Candidates who want to get selected under the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) need to have at least one year of full-time experience (continuous) or part-time in the National Occupancy Classification Level – 0, A, or B. That experience should be at least 5 years before the date of receiving of NOI.

3.   Candidates who want to be selected under Canada Experience Class (CEC) should have at least one year of experience in Canada in National Occupancy Classification Level – 0, A, or B. That experience should be at least 3 years before the date of receiving of NOI.

4.   Language proficiency level should be at or above CLB 7 to be eligible for ONIP. The language proficiency tests accepted for ONIP are:

·   IELTS - For English

·   CELPIP – For English

·   TEF for French

5.    Submit an intended form to reside in Ontario to showcase the interest in the province.

6.    The candidate should be able to provide proof of sufficient funds.

7.     Fulfill all the requirements of FSWP and CEC

How to apply for Human Capital Priorities Stream for Ontario Express Entry?

1.    Fulfill the eligibility criteria by checking the Human Capital Priorities Stream for the Ontario occupation list.

2.    Create an express entry profile

3.    Once identified by OINP, receive NOI.

4.   Within 45 days of receiving NOI from OINP, apply for OINP in Human Capital Priorities Stream.

5.   Get the nomination certificate and upload it to the Express Entry profile to get extra 600 CRS points and ITA for the permanent residence.

6.    Apply for PR within 90 days after receiving ITA

7.   Get Permanent residence in Canada.
